Latin manuscript on parchment with initials heightened in gold, an ornamental opening cartouche and finely ruled borders around the text pages. With handwritten signatures, notarial attestation and a drawn notarial sign. Bound in brown leather with remnants of gilt tooling, dimensions: approx. 23.5 x 17 cm. Parchment stained in places, binding rubbed and worn at the edges, binding loose. Age-related signs of wear.
