Decorative Art Nouveau vase made of translucent, iridescent glass with a drawn spout lip and elegantly curved handle. The body is decorated with a green glass thread net fused in relief, which runs organically over the bulbous shape and is reminiscent of dragonfly wings or leaf structures. The slender neck is also decorated with spiralling threads. The iridescent surface shimmers in delicate pastel shades when exposed to light. Attributed to the glass manufacturer Pallme-König & Habel, Kosten near Teplitz (Bohemia), around 1910 - known for experimental surfaces, iridescent glass and sculptural decorations in the Art Nouveau style. Height: approx. 22.5 cm. Very good condition, no chips or cracks, minimal signs of use due to age.
