Antique rose gold ring, not hallmarked, fineness tested to 585. The ring is set with an unheated cabochon-cut sapphire (approx. 14.80x9.65x8.04 mm) of approx. 9 carats and 6 small diamond roses. The ring is in good condition, width 56/18, weight 5.34 grams. DSEF test report KSB6452 from 16.01.2025 attached.
